Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of youabouttoloseyourjob.com (the "Site"), operated by YouAboutToLoseYourJob.com ("we," "us," or "our"). The Site is part of a project called Job Risk. The domain jobriskradar.com redirects to the Site, and these Terms apply however you reach it.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the service

The Site offers a free 10-question assessment that estimates how exposed a job may be to AI automation and layoffs. Based on your answers, it shows a score from 0 to 100, an exposure level (Lower, Moderate, High, or Very high exposure), the factors that affected your score, and suggested next steps. The score is calculated in your browser.

The Site also offers a waitlist for a planned full report. We may offer paid products in the future, such as a full report or individual and business licenses. These are not currently available. If we offer any paid product, its price and any additional terms will be shown to you at the time of purchase, and those terms will apply to that purchase.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

3. Not advice

The assessment is an educational estimate only. It reflects broad patterns in which kinds of work are more exposed to automation and cost-cutting. It cannot account for your employer's plans, your performance, or your personal circumstances.

Your results are not a prediction about your specific job, and they are not career, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any decision about your job, career, or finances. Consider speaking with a qualified professional about your situation.

4. No warranty

The Site and all content, scores, and results are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, employment, profits, data, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any results, even if we have been told such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site in the 12 months before the claim. Because the Site is currently free, that amount is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Submit false, automated, or bulk responses intended to distort the assessment or its data

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or copy the Site, except as permitted by law

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its forms, or the services it relies on

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or to data that does not belong to you

• Submit another person's personal information to the waitlist without their permission

• Misrepresent your results or the Site, or suggest that we endorse you or your product

7. Your submissions

The assessment asks multiple-choice questions about your job and workplace. Please do not include information that identifies you or anyone else in any submission or message other than where it is requested, such as your email address on the waitlist form.

By submitting anonymous assessment answers, you allow us to store, analyze, and use them, including in combined, aggregate form, to improve the assessment and to publish aggregate insights, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the assessment questions, scoring method, text, graphics, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site and share your own results for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The names Google, Google Sites, Google Forms, and Google Sheets are trademarks of Google LLC. Use of the Site does not give you any rights in them.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted on Google Sites and uses Google Forms and Google Sheets. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's terms and policies. The Site may link to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services, their content, or their practices.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Sections 3 through 8, 11, and 12 continue to apply after your access ends.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
